A STUDIO RUN BY THE GENERATION IT DESIGNS FOR.
Design Z is small and young on purpose. The team is made of Gen Z designers who grew up on Pinterest boards, TikTok walkthroughs and rent-first budgets — the same references our clients send us at 1am. We are not translating an older studio's taste for a younger audience. We are the audience, doing the work.
Our ambition is bigger than one apartment at a time: we want to set what the next era of Egyptian interiors looks like for people furnishing their first home. That means honest numbers in the first call, decisions made in 3D before anything is bought, and spaces that hold up on a Tuesday as well as on camera.

What is the minimum budget you work with?
Styling starts far below a full design, because it doesn't touch the building. On the Z-Call we ask for the area and the rooms you need, and give you a realistic range in the same call.
Will you take on a single room?
Yes — a reception or a master bedroom on its own is fine. We do ask to see the rest of the home on the call, so the room doesn't end up a stranger to what surrounds it.
How long does a project take?
Styling runs in weeks. A full design is phased around joinery and finishes; you get the timeline in writing with the proposal, not as a promise on a call.
Do I have to buy your furniture?
No. We specify whatever suits the budget — some of it from our sister company's factory, plenty of it not. Having a factory is an advantage, not a condition.
Do you work outside Cairo?
Design and renders from anywhere. Full site supervision is currently Cairo and the North Coast; beyond that we agree a limited number of visits up front.
Interior designers, site engineers and visual content designers. Send a portfolio even if you're still studying — the work speaks before the CV does.
